What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit 2795  is a dedicated, full time strength, conditioning and personal training facility located in Bathurst. Our coaches are highly trained and certified individuals with a lifelong dedication to health and fitness.

The CF2795 team are experienced at managing groups as well as working with individuals in a one-on-one setting. Our staff will help you on your fitness journey by implementing innovative and fun programs to guide you to reach specific goals & overall fitness.  We do this through individual assessments aimed at determining strengths/weaknesses, fitness level and also advise you with proper nutrition strategies.  Whether you’re just starting to get serious about getting fit, we can help you. If you’re looking for a challenge and want to take your fitness to another level, we’ve got that too. We have programs for people at all levels of fitness and all ages. The CrossFit approach challenges you at your current level of fitness and progresses you to achieve a greater level of conditioning. The only limitation is what you put on yourself.

We train mostly in a group setting, whether it be general strength and conditioning classes or endurance and Olympic weightlifting sessions; however, at CF2795 we also realise that each person presents a unique situation which should be reflected in a customised program design and nutritional prescription.  For this reason, we also offer individual coaching options. At CrossFit 2795 We work to increase your athletic ability by utilising constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, executed at high intensity.

We will help you reach your goals by increasing the 10 physical skills of an athlete including: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
